of time in document review
Legalnova runs corporate governance and obligation workflows for companies present in Colombia and the United States. Each matter lives across several jurisdictions, needs fine traceability and never fits inside a single document. The goal: anyone on the legal team can execute a workflow with the same depth of context as a partner.

The problem
The junior ran the first review, the senior corrected it, the partner signed. Every step meant re-reading the whole context. The client received the final deliverable but not the traceability of the process, which produced rework built on assumptions.
The architecture
We mapped each client’s corporate structure into a knowledge graph. The agent consults tax, fiscal and corporate precedent in Colombia and the United States before drafting. Every decision is signed with its source and exportable as an audit trail for the client.
The result
The junior executes workflows only a partner could approve before. The partner signs with full context in half the time. The client receives the traceability of the whole process, not only of the final deliverable.
