The goal: an agent that grounds every legal document in the exact case law, and that orchestrates other agents to prepare drafts autonomously.

The problem
Every legal document meant reviewing case law, doctrine and current regulation by hand. The firm wanted every cited argument to be verifiable, and the workflow to stop depending on a senior lawyer’s memory.
The architecture
We built a vertical RAG over Colombian tax and fiscal precedent. On top of it a main agent structures legal documents and orchestrates specialized subagents (regulatory validation, citation checking, argument coherence control). Inside bands the firm defines, workflows are approved automatically.
The result
Every document ships grounded in its exact source, every step is signed in the audit ledger, and the firm operates with autonomous agents where manual review used to sit. Doctrine now lives as active knowledge, not as an archive.
